Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. We have a partial refund policy that is counted from the first day of payment until the seventh day after purchase.
The partial refund will be considered as the total amount of your order less the day you send a refund or cancellation proposal and how many days we have worked on your order.

For example:

In we do not allow the use of third party apps in our accounts and if you take any action that goes against the service policy and conditions of Niantic Inc. it will be your responsibility.
